When you request a free audit, sign up as a client or affiliate, or make a purchase, we collect information you give us directly — name, email, business name, website URL, phone number, and payment details (handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number). We also collect basic usage data through standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use this site.
We use your information to deliver what you asked for — a report, a build, access to your client or affiliate dashboard — and to communicate with you about your account and purchases. We do not sell your information to third parties.
If you're a client, this policy covers information you give us directly — it does not extend to your own customers' data. Any leads, bookings, or form submissions collected through a website we build for you belong entirely to you. We don't access, retain, or claim any ownership over your customers' information — it flows into your CRM and analytics, not ours.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, not your full card details.
You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at samanthac@conversionopts.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and honor the request unless we're required to retain records for legal or accounting reasons.
