Every engagement is a fixed, published price shown on our services page — no hidden fees, no scoping call required to get a number. Purchasing a tier is an agreement to the scope described for that tier at the time of purchase.
Once a build is delivered, you own the site, the domain (if registered through us), and every file that makes up your project. We don't hold your website hostage, and we don't require an ongoing contract for you to keep what you paid for.
Payment is collected up front through Stripe Checkout at the time of purchase. Buy-now-pay-later options (where offered at checkout) are provided directly by Stripe's payment partners and are subject to their own approval and terms — we still receive full payment at the time of purchase either way.
If you've already paid us for one tier (an audit, a build, etc.), that amount is credited toward the next tier you purchase, automatically, per our stated pricing policy. We do not charge you twice for the same thing.
